It is operated by Bharatpur Environmental and Social Organization (BESO), an NGO in Bharatpur, Chitwan, Nepal. Started its services with a few hours of broadcast, Beso Channel, at present, is a 24/7 TV Channel. Beso Channel now broadcasts progrmas of every interests as news, entertainment, live talk shows, live phoning programs and so on.
